I can't believe there is a better agent in the entire state of Florida than Dave. Dave approaches his job as an agent as if he were planning a military exercise! He had answers to questions we didn't know we had! Dave handled all aspects of our relocation with confidence and compassion. This was really evident when the purchase agreement had to be renegotiated several times. My wife Donna and I were literally dealing with some nut jobs buying our home in South Carolina which affected our purchasing agreement here. Dave kept everyone calm and was able to difffuse a very hectic and emotional situation. Then when our home inspection revealed some problems here, Dave was on top of getting inspectors out to get the problems fixed. His people skills are exceptional. It's so good to have a realtor who is knowledgeable, about how difficult it is to obtain a property in Florida at this time. David got back to me quickly whenever I had a question, and especially when we had three different people bidding on the property. In this market you need somebody who's with it, at the last second somebody made $1,000 difference bid that could have cost me the whole property. If David hadn't got back to me so quickly I would have definitely lost the property. You need somebody who's hungry to close on a property in Florida unless you just have thousands of dollars cash lying around.

David was great to work with on a joint property purchase with my son. Especially in this very competitive market where desirable properties don’t last long.
